New Kroger Coupon Policy?

I just read a post at Monroe on A Budget that there will be a new coupon policy at Kroger stores.  It seems you will no longer be able to combine a ecoupon from Kroger.com with a manufacturer coupon. They will only give you the discount of the kroger.com ecoupon, not doubled, and not the manufacturer coupon.  If that is truly the case, I guess I would quit getting the ecoupon at kroger.com and just use the manufacturer coupon which doubles for the greater discount.  I wonder if this will apply to the Cellfire.com ecoupons also. I'll have to check into this further.
